Concept and Design

This service would help a customer evolve a concept from sketches to 3-D Models. Once a concept is finalized designing and detailing activity with all requisite Production and Assembly drawings can be undertaken.  We use Pro Engineer software.

Prototyping / Soft Tooling

Validation of a Design can be done by Rapid Prototyping (Stereo Lithographic) using ABS polymer.

Silicone based or low cost metal tooling can be made for a trial production run for validating the production and assembly processes.

Tooling Design

Based on the Validated / Finalized design of the component's production and assembly processes, complete designing and detailing of Tooling can be provided by us.

Tooling Manufacturing

We offer Manufacturing services for Designed Tools in our modern Tool Room.

Production ( Small volume/ Large volume)

Very cost effective manufacturing services are offered for both Low volume and High volume production requirements.
